I hope your father is feeling better and that the surgery goes well. Sometimes things just happen so fast. I can't believe how dimwitted those paramedics were. I would have ended up calling their bosses and complaining about how unprofessional they were without wearing gloves, and by not listening to your father when he was in pain.
